Due to continued success and growth my client has a super opportunity for an additional Billing Administrator to join their team.

To be considered you will have previous experience of working within a billing administration role in a customer facing environment.


  • Manage customer billing enquiries in line with company KPI's.
  • Identify errors and rectify issues diplomatically to ensure effective customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out relevant reconciliations to ensure complete and accurate billing.
  • Analyse issues, identify causes and implement robust resolutions.
  • Negotiate acceptable outcomes with the customer.
  • Produce MI reports using advanced Excel techniques and pivot tables.

To qualify for this role, you will have:

  • At least one year's previous experience within a billing administration role.
  • Desire and passion to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Computer literate to advanced level (Microsoft Office and the Internet).
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Interest in working in an IT environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Fareham.

Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm

Salary: £16K to £22K
