Flexible Location, national remit, need to travel to North West and London

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience skills and behaviours:
 Outstanding track record of selling and growing revenue and EBITDA. Referenceable and
demonstrable expertise in key public sector markets, pensions, outsourcing or complex
services sales including experience of selling professional and outsourcing solutions and how
public sector clients buy professional and outsourced services.
 Strong academic track record.
 Strong on detail and the ability to multi-task.
 Ability to change when the client, market or business requires.
 Resilience. Evidence of high profile, high pressure roles delivering sustainable and profitable
growth, are key
 Strong communication. A master communicator with powerful levels of persuasion.
 Experience (and comfort) working in a challenging sales environment, that requires working
with other sales teams across multiple product lines and sites.
 Speed. Ability to build credibility quickly.
 Confidence. Comfortable with networking and public speaking.
Sector and product focus
 Public sector sales experience - NHS, Local Government, Police and Blue Light, Central
Government etc.

Writing compelling proposals for clients which clearly articulate benefits, differentiators, key
themes and compelling pricing and deal structures.

Responsible for the following:
 Deal origination, sales development and closure. Working closely with new and existing
clients (with our Employer Relationship Management Account teams), to
deliver year-on- year revenue growth on services ranging in value between £50,000 - £2m+
 Business strategy and sales planning.
 Proposal writing and pricing strategy. Supported by the business development team,
gathering requirements and presenting appropriate propositions and solutions to clients.
 Pensions ideally, otherwise strengths in other related services e.g. HR, Finance, Customer
Service, Administrative BPO, Financial Services Markets
