We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to be based at our site in Porton Down, Wiltshire. Working within the Business Support Team in an administration and procurement role. This role will encompass the use of EFS and PBL procurement systems (JDE and Oracle), and site based Maximo. The role will include, but not limited too, billing, procurement, invoicing, archiving and the processing of Quoted Works

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a Financial or Procurement role

• Good communication skills both oral and written

• Ability to work in a team as well as individually

• Maximo systems with GMP/FDA knowledge is an advantage
