Role: Service Manager

Our Client currently maintains the M&E infrastructure in around 80 centres spread through the UK and is negotiating on many sites overseas. All their clients run 24/7 operations with a target of zero unplanned downtime and the role of the Service Manager is to deliver maintenance services to achieve this goal.
The right person for this role will be self-disciplined and conscientious. A team player with a good-natured ability to interact with other departments. Someone who takes pride in all they do and above all can be adaptable and flexible - the role will be quite varied which is why it is necessary to be organised in approach to each task.
Amongst other duties as the Service Manager you will be managing the Service Team, meeting clients on a regular basis, creating written reports, surveying sites and assisting with preparing proposals. It is essential you can be providing a hands-on back-up to the service team and be competent in checking the engineers’ service reports and reports from 3rd party specialists to ensure these are accurate.

Salary - Negotiable
Hours - Core office hours are 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Holidays - 22 days p.a. increasing to 25 days after 4 years
