Purchase Ledger Clerk

Wakefield

£18,000 - £19,500 depending on experience

An urgent requirement has arisen to join our client, a specialist company based Wakefield.

You will be fully responsible for the Purchase Ledger ensuring all purchase orders are raised and matched correctly to the purchase invoices.

Reporting to the Finance Director your duties include:

• Matching, batching and coding a high volume of invoices

• Raise Purchase Orders

• Setting up new suppliers

• Statement Reconciliation

• Query resolution and liaising with suppliers

• Supplier payment runs.

The successful candidate will have strong experience within a similar role processing a high volume of invoices and be able to work to strict deadlines.
