We are delighted to be working with our very successful, fast growing Travel Management Company. Our client have developed award winning systems and technologies that revolutionise the booking process for Business Travel for their corporate and public sector clients.
They are currently recruiting for a Project Assistant to monitor queues, identify faults and their source, ensuring processes are in place to carry out the necessary remedial actions on their internal systems. You will assist the Projects, Data, Change and Innovation Team to keep all relevant documentation up to date and assist with the testing of new innovations and projects.
·Act as an internal point of contact in relation to system processes/functionality and maintain system user guides
·Deliver accurate customer billing and Management Information
·Successfully implement specified changes into the production environment with minimal quality issues
·Analyse daily/weekly monitoring reports and flag areas for remediation
·Offer project support for key business initiatives
·Improve the communications and wider business awareness of changes in the pipeline and live environment
What you need:

·Keen eye for detail
·Ability to communicate with people at all levels both internally and externally
·A good understanding of and the ability to provide customer service excellence and effective teamwork
