This school are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate high standards in the teaching of English, support the development of department colleagues through a commitment to coaching and has a strong track record of delivering high outcomes across Key stages 3 and 4. Working collaboratively with the HOD and SLT your work would will include the strategy and performance in KS3. Your ideas and experience could be key to formulating effective schemes of work, data analysis and intervention and support structures.
