Duration: Part Time, Permanent (Breakfast Club 8.75 hours a week and Afterschool Club 15 hours a week ) = 23.75 hours a week
Monday to Friday 07:15 - 09:00 / 15:00 - 18:00

We are currently seeking to employ an experienced, inspirational and proactive Before and After School Club Manager to run our established provision which is based in a West Bridgford, Nottingham Primary School

*Opening times 07:30 - 09:00 / 15:20 - 18:00 - term time only
*Easily accessible by road and excellent transport links
The job role
*As a B&ASC Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the provision, ensuring that the provision is stimulating and compliant with EYFS, Ofsted and Safeguarding requirements
*You will be comfortable in providing leadership in training staff and delivery high quality practice within the B&ASC
*You will promote positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
*You will be proficient with office duties including managing resources, budget control, parents enquiries, marketing and recruitment
*You will hold a level 3 childcare qualification as an absolute minimum
*Paediatric First Aid Certificate (can be provided if necessary)
*You will have at least 5 years experience working within childcare
*You will have at least 2 years experience working within a managerial role (Nursery Manager/Deputy Manager/Senior Room Leader)
*You will have a genuine understanding of, and commitment to, the aims and values of the nursery and work effectively alongside the Area Manager in managing the nursery.
*Excellent knowledge of how children learn and develop.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong partnership with parents.
*Good people management skills with experience of managing staff performance.
