The Role - Key Responsibilities:
·You will complete a full assessment of customer’s circumstances, offering the correct advice in line with regulatory requirements.
·You will clearly explain the most appropriate action to the customer, ensuring the customer’s understanding at all times.
·You will assist customers in making an informed decision following the full assessment.
·You will work to achievable KPI’s.
·You will ensure all notes relating to the assessment are recorded correctly on in house systems.
·You will adhere to standard compliance requirements.
Hours of work:
37.5 hours over 5 days per week Monday - Friday
·£18,000 - £22,000 basic salary + performance related bonus OTE £45 000

Experience & Key Skills Required:
·Previous debt management experience
·A proven track record in a telephone advice environment
·Excellent fact finding and communication skills
·Problem solving skills
