Purchase Ledger Clerk / Book Keeper

3 Month Temporary role to cover Maternity Leave - Start date : MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING XERO

Duties and Responsibilities:

Adding purchase invoices to Xero
Setting up New suppliers in Xero
Adding payments spent to the relevant Xero account
Bank reconciliation of payments
Making sure all purchase invoices match the relevant purchase order
Making sure all purchase VAT is reported using the correct VAT code
Reconcile supplier statements
Credit Control and chasing payments

Experience and Skills

Excellent telephone manner
Computer literate and confident using MS Office, internet and email
