Legal Secretary (Private Client)
We are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to work in a busy Private client department of a highly regarded firm in Leicester.
Previous experience of working as a Legal Secretary is essential and exposure to working in a private client department is highly desirable.
You will be responsible for:
- Typing, digital dictation, writing letters and preparing documents
- Dealing with accounts procedures e.g. billing, payment of cheques and CHAPS
- Dealing with enquiries from clients
- Diary management and making appointments
- General administrative work, faxing, copying, scanning
