Payroll Administrator, Exeter
A competent Payroll Administrator with a track record in payroll processes is needed to join an established practice at their Exeter office. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be working as part of the payroll team with responsibility for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payrolls, pensions auto enrolment and RTI. As well as the timely and accurate delivery of payroll and related client services, you will be responsible for recordkeeping, HMRC and client reporting.
All payrolls are run on Sage Payroll, therefore experience of Sage Payroll is desirable. Payroll qualifications are not essential as long as you have the necessary practical experience including: payroll processes, tax codes, statutory deductions, RTI, auto enrolment and manual calculations.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a friendly telephone manner, you will be comfortable liaising with colleagues and third parties and enjoy working in a team environment. Attention to detail and ability to prioritise your own work load is essential.
