IFA/Financial Services Administrator sought to work closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, providing effective support. Working in a busy environment the role will involve dealing with HNW clients wealth management, ensuring the smooth running of applications from processing new business (across Financial Services including pensions, investments, protection and mortgages) to completion. Other duties will include refreshments for the team (everyone takes turns), stationary ordering and daily post - process incoming and frank outgoing. Progress towards DipCII preferred but experience more desirable.

Candidates must have recent IFA administration experience and knowledge of Pensions, Investments, Protection and Mortgages and the ability to process new business for each of these areas. Also looking for candidates capable of dealing with colleagues (internal/external) and clients in a professional manner. Ideally skills will include the ability to work under pressure, prioritise work loads and work as part of a team, attention to detail and excellent telephone manner. Desired: Systems Knowledge (Advisor Office, The Exchange, Word, Excel, Outlook, FE Analytics, Paraplanning Online, Dynamic Distribution, Volume; Knowledge of Wrap Platforms - ideally Standard Life, Aviva, Old Mutual Wealth, Cofunds, A.J Bell); Group Life/Corporate Experience; Relevant qualifications or desire to work towards these.
