CashFlows aims to maximise payment acceptance for our customers and partners through more right-first time sales, fewer declines and disputed sales. We do this through a combination of our purpose-built technology, innovation and expertise. Our services include merchant accounts, partner programs and alternative card payment solutions.

As a result of continued growth, we are currently searching for three Project Support Officers to join our Product Management function. Working with our Business Analysts, you will assist the development of project plans and ensure that deadlines are reached throughout the development life cycle.

You will carry out the following tasks:

·Assist the Product Managers and BAs in the production of project plans

·Track deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process

·Attend project team meetings to provide status updates, identify and resolve issues

·Ensures documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior management

·Sends out agendas prior to all meetings, writes up the minutes and distributes to all attendees with relevant actions and chases until actions are complete

·Work with colleagues across the Tech Team to assess the workload, impact and dependencies on other departments

·Undertake any administrative tasks specified by the Senior BA.

This position is ideal if you are ready for your first step in Project Management, as you will participate in Backlog reviews and sprint planning sessions.


To progress to interview stage, we are looking for the following capabilities:

·Knowledge of agile methodologies.

·Analysis and presentation skills.

·Strong communication skills.

·Ability to manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.


Basic salary will be awarded based simply on what you bring to the business. We are a fair employer who believes strongly in a close relationship between performance and reward. However, an indication of basic salary is always useful, so our expectations are in the region of £24K - £27k
