As Social Media Manager you will play a key role in communicating our employer brand through dedicated careers channels. You will be responsible for driving follower growth and engagement across all social media channels, ultimately to drive talent to join our business across the UK cluster covering UK, India and South Africa.

You will create an annual social media marketing calendar for our dedicated careers channels. This includes overseeing daily content creation and sharing as well as leading recruitment and awareness campaigns. You'll need a keen eye for stories and be able develop these into social media content embedded within your strategy.

To assist you, you will have a Social Media Executive to manage the day to day activity, to give you the time and space to think big and deliver.

You will bring extensive experience in developing and managing social media strategies with proven positive outcomes. An in-depth knowledge of and interest in, current developments and trends affecting online media and digital technologies is required.

A confident and pro-active attitude with a willingness to tackle challenges head on and the ability to work with stakeholders at various levels would also be necessary to perform in this role.
