Our client a large Training Provider are looking for an experienced Learning Advisor to lead on the development of new business and maintaining already existing accounts.
You will be responsible for:
Achieve individual sales target and actively support Academy team target through consistently high activity rates e.g. call numbers, duration, conversion etc.
Professionally handle all in-bound Academy training enquiries (web, email, phone, referrals)
Proactively manage your sales territory to generate new business leads and develop existing accounts
Proactively convert leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals and events
Relevant knowledge & experience within this area along with proven people, performance, and sales skills within a driven culture are essential.
Strong communication skills are an absolute necessity
It would prove a distinct advantage for candidates to be educated to degree level.
