We are seeking a Global Salesforce CRM Manager to join a digital marketing company that is currently enjoying the rewards of rapid growth and expansion.

As the Global Salesforce CRM Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out requirements gathering, refinement and life-cycle management
  • Implementing 3rd party AppExchange products
  • Salesforce configuration and administration (e.g. reporting, workflows, approvals)
  • SFDC project management (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Saleforce certifications are not essential but advantageous

To be successful within this position it is essential that you have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Pardot products.
