Your new company
Regulatory body working within healthcare who exists to protect the public through setting standards of education, training, conduct and performance ensuring the delivery of high quality healthcare. They are seeking an interim to work at their offices in Central London for up to six months, to focus on the production of the annual report and accounts.

Your new role
Over the interim period you could be involved in a range of governance activities and committee support; however the main focus of the production of the annual report and accounts. Other duties my include the development and review of governance policies and processes; maintaining the registers of member and Director interests and gift registers; recruitment and appointment of Council and Committee members; devising and supporting member induction and development programmes; implementing the outcomes of annual effectiveness reviews; developing the governance handbook and relevant website pages.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of producing an annual report and accounts for the NMC
  • Extensive experience of public sector governance, providing high quality member support services
  • Good Attention for detail
  • Report Writing skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience of working in a politically sensitive environment and with confidential material

What you'll get in return
This is an interim position up to 6 months, paying circa 150 -200per day depending on experience.
