Successful applicants will receive a competitive basic salary and an uncapped commission structure with no threshold, numerous incentives including lunch clubs to Michellin star restaurants, holiday trips to Las Vegas and Marbella as well as car targets.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be involved in:

  • · Canvassing for new business opportunities through cold-calling.
  • · Winning new business by selling yourself and service over the phone to decision makers in a B2B environment.
  • · Sourcing candidates through advertising, headhunting, networking and referrals.
  • · Managing the whole interview process relaying feedback, selling candidates to clients and clients' opportunities to candidates.
  • · Using your negotiation skills to secure and close the best deal for all parties.

Candidate Specification

Our Consultants come from a range of backgrounds and having recruitment experience is not essential. To be successful we look for someone with the following attributes:

  • Degree educated ideally, though not essential;
  • 12 months or more successful target-driven sales experience (B2B telesales is ideal but strong B2C will be considered)
  • Experience of working in a commission based environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • An ability to demonstrate achievements in your previous work or life history
