One of the world’s leading Fintech/Banking software organisations with a blue-chip client list and global presence, has a vacancy for a Service Improvement Analyst to develop, maintain and improve service management frameworks and be the gatekeeper for acceptance in service activities.
Working within the Service Management team, the successful Service Improvement Analyst will be responsible for Service Reporting, Service transitions, Problem management and complete continuous service improvements through the collection of agreed data point and management information as well as creating of management information including KPIs and reports.
This is a Critical position for the business and as such, the successful Service Improvement Analyst must have experience in:
- Strong background in Service delivery/service management-ESSENTIAL
- Service improvement or continuous improvement experience-ESSENTIAL
- ITIL accredited-DESIRABLE
- Prince 2-DESIRABLE
- Six Sigma -DESIRABLE
- Experience within Financial services (Fintech, Banking, FX)-DESIRABLE
