A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our UK Direct Marketing team, based in London.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute cross channel plans focusing on customer acquisition, engagement and retention of online customers and migration and retention of offline customers.
· Develop an innovative proposition to address unique needs of each customer and respond to their ever-changing needs ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
· Plan and execute offline and online advertising strategy
· Provide ongoing campaign analytics to optimise results, including forecasting, track, and reporting.
· Ensure that all marketing activities comply with the regulatory, Conduct Risk (Customer at Heart) and Treating Customers Fairly requirements of FCA
· Effectively manage the UK Direct team and build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders on an ongoing basis
· Plan and manage the UK Direct annual budget
· Ensure the content of our client end-investor websites are always up to date

This role is ideally suited to someone who can demonstrate:

* Solid knowledge of and interest in online and offline direct marketing
* Strong data skills, including segmentation and data handling
* Strategic thinking with a good understanding of AI techniques to leverage attitudinal and behavioural customer insights
* Understanding of Robo Guidance and how it can support M&G's proposition
* Project management skills
* Solid understanding of advertising (offline, display, PPC, SEO, etc)
* Campaigns management
* Excellent organisational skills in order to manage numerous pieces of work at any one time. Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent English language skills, including comprehension and creative/copy writing
* Knowledge of digital disciplines; UX, design, development, testing and measurement
* Enthusiastic, positive, with a 'can do' attitude; self-motivated to achieve goals
* Good interpersonal skills. Able to build and maintain effective working relationships within the team and across the business
* Understanding and adherence to Treating Customer Fairly requirements
* Financial Services experience is desirable
