Assessor: Warehousing Trainer
We are working with an exciting Training provider who are hiring for a Warehousing Trainer to join their growing delivery team based in Keighley.
You will use your excellent industry knowledge to teach, develop and coach learners through their work based qualification, with the view of maximizing their achievement against their individual learning plans.
You can expect typical tasks to include:-Enrolling learners on to a programme and developing an individualized learning plan.-Coordinating visits with learners to deliver training and assessment-Liaising with employers to review progress and plan next steps-Marking learner work via an E-portfolio system-Assist with the development of resources to ensure you are always delivering a high quality of training.-Maintaining records of the learners progress including setting SMART targets
You will have a minimum of 2 years vocational experience in Warehousing, Logistics and Manufacturing operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take the role as face of the training provider therefore the ability to build relations with internal and external stakeholders is essential.
Successful candidates must have:
- Assessor award A1 or equivalent and PTLLS qualification.
- Have Maths, English and IT skills (Level 2) functional skills
- Have the ability to work to deadlines and targets.
The role will be based at a static site in Keighley. Hours will vary so flexible working will be required. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience – from £23,500 upwards.
