We have joined forces with a multi-award winning digital marketing agency who are recruiting a Sales Development Manager to join their team from their home in Witney, Oxfordshire. With two offices across the UK in London and Witney respectively, this expanding business specialise in Ecommerce, digital strategy, website designs, development, support, digital marketing and content and performance optimisation.

Joining the team as a Sales Development Manager your remit is simple; you will use your creative thinking to help identify potential new brands and contribute to delivering tactical lead generation.

Boasting a team of 45 consisting of Developers, Account Managers, Project Managers, Strategists, UX Architects, Designers and Support Executives, you will be a vital cog in the sales process, acting as a point of contact for new prospects, responding to inbound enquiries, initial qualification to generate next step ‘face to face’ meetings and successful outcomes.

In order to be successful you will enjoy the challenge of meeting new people and will be commercially driven to find, close and convert these client opportunities into partnerships which is consistent with brand values.

A track record for delivering results within an agency.A real passion for innovative technology.Comfortable with the autonomy to work alone and hit targets deploying your own proven methodology and approach.A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a commercially focused role within a digital agency environment.Proven background in generating leads, nurturing and successfully winning new business opportunities whilst exceeding set revenue targets.A successful track record of bringing relevant new business into an organisation and onboarding across to the account teams.Experience of nurturing opportunities that have led to mid-scale digital project builds (£150k+) and brand sites with their associated digital marketing eco-systems.Understanding of the key digital development cycle through: User Research, UX, Design, Brand, Build, Search and Digital Marketing.Experience of CMS platforms (e.g Kentico, Sitecore or EPiserver / other) along with equivalent E-commerce delivery bridged by multiple 3rd party integrations.Experience of brand and membership focused website project delivery.Benefits:
