This organisation is seeking a highly analytical and experienced marketing manager to join their expanding team in order to push sales and develop leads. They are looking for a professional with a wealth of experience in digital marketing who will be able to hit the ground running and make the marketing materials their own. Your new role
You will be responsible for identifying and generating leads for the organisation and managing the delivery on all digital communications and marketing materials. You will be leading the strategic digital marketing and promotion of the organisation over a multiplicity of channels particularly email and CRM marketing and analysing their impact as well as engage and identify key opportunities for stakeholder engagement and retention of customers. You will also have the opportunity to develop and manage digital communications ensuring they are on brand and in alignment with the organisations key objectives whilst developing and providing support and advice to senior management in order to progress and increase the overall knowledge of usage of digital channels and optimisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an organized and analytical digital marketing expert. You must have an extensive background in development and support of sales and digital marketing strategy within a highly commercial environment with a strong B2C marketing background. Experience in Google analytics and CRM as well as an understanding and ability to communicate complex digital marketing formats and strategies to multiple departments is essential. You must have experience working within private sector and have a proactive attitude and management of external agencies.
