Administration Manager - Europe, Weybridge/South West London

A US Biotech which has been establishing its presence in Europe over the last 12 months now requires an experienced Administration Manager/Executive Assistant.

This individual will be supporting the European Senior Management team with all administrative and operational needs. Initially, you will be supporting 3 highly driven General Managers and the Head of Europe.

You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the leadership team with regards to booking travel, organising meetings, and schedules. There will also be an opportunity to get involved in organising events, and providing some document control for the team.

As a result of supporting a European leadership, being able to speak one or more of the following languages would be beneficial: French, German, Dutch, Italian.

You will have significant prior experience of supporting senior leadership within a highly regulated industry.
