We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Internal Communications & Marketing Co-Ordinator!!

The Role…

The purpose of the role is to deliver the internal communication plan for business wide communication, to drive employee engagement and ensure that all colleagues possess the information they need to be effective in their role by ensuring that all internal communication had set house styles and that they are consistent across all departments. In addition to support the website rebrand, update news to websites including Scotland and support the sales team with marketing material.

Tasks & Responsibilities

·Contribute to the development and implementation of the communications plan for all business wide communication, ensuring it is easy to access, clear, accurate and consistent.

·Work with a wide range of people at all levels from across the business to successfully undertake and complete communication activities

·Use creative, bespoke communication to ensure that business related communication; initiatives and events are successfully created, managed and implemented.

·Ensure standard cross business communication channels are kept up to date monthly through agree channels

·Plan and implement communication and marketing campaigns in line with Board vision

·Provide creative editorial and operational support for campaigns and communication projects and report on progress

·Produce, edit and distribute updates and materials for external and internal audiences

·Maintain a monitoring programme of all media outlets to keep the business informed regard any media exposure of our brand

·Develop, manage and update the content for the website, reviewing material regularly on the basis of feedback where possible

·Write, edit and co-ordinate the production of house style content, and ensure it is appropriately reviewed and approved.

·Support Business Development with marketing and sales material

Qualifications & Experience

·Professional certification, entry level qualification or degree in marketing or communications

·Previous experience in an internal communications or marketing role

·Experience of delivering communications campaigns from scratch

Attributes and behaviours

·High level of computer literacy, especially power point

·Can demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills particularly copywriting, proof reading and editing

·Acting as a point of contact for media enquiries

·Website updating using content management system

·Ability to work under pressure to meet conflicting deadlines

·Understanding of the SRA codes of conduct and FCA rules

·Strong team-focused work ethic

·Positive outlook

·Driven attitude

·Excellent organisational and communication skills

·Maintains a professional image at all times

·Demonstrates an awareness of the professional standards required when working within a regulated law firm and the importance of delivering a quality service to our clients
