Your new company
Hays Social Housing is working with a leading Social Housing provider across the southern counties to fill a key role. This is a forward thinking and progressive organisation that sets itself apart from the competition with its attitude and standing within the sector.

Your new role
you will work as the Manager of the Income team working across the Southern counties. You will manage a team of 10 Income Officers. Your new role will involve extensive travel and variable working hours. The current incumbent has progressed internally which has led to this opportunity.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an excellent manager from a background such as a Charity or Local Authority. Ideally you will have managed an income team before at a significant level but the ability to manage a team is the key to this role. You will be available to travel but your base will be in the South of Dorset.

Your previous experience will have been in a results driven Social Housing or Charity environment. You will be keen to foster and develop a team promoting high performance levels. You will be used to reporting to board level individuals and be comfortable developing teams to increase productivity.
