SUMMARY OF POSITION WITH GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

A new and exciting opportunity for the position Sales Representative in BPV has arisen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the North East and Scotland territory.

ROLE

We continue to grow through unique and innovative driven products and the clinical and market knowledge of our sales team. This is an opportunity to join a professional and winning team, helping to continue our growth and success in changing clinical practice and surgical techniques.

Lutonix is a key strategic pillar for Bard Peripheral Vascular Division. This is a drug coated balloon catheter for use in percutaneous transluminal angioplasty with the aim of reducing the incidence of restenosis and improving limb perfusion hence improving quality of life for patients with peripheral arterial disease.

Lutonix is the first drug-coated balloon to have received FDA approval.

- Able to demonstrate an enthusiasm and successful track record in medical sales which will include the implementation of new product lines and the ability to drive the sales process per plan
- Able to prioritise and manage accounts at varying stages of development, including the ability to drive for new business whilst maintaining excellent customer relations within established accounts, including the ability to identify and help in the development of key opinion leaders and product champions
- Able to demonstrate effective territory and time management skills to efficiently manage administrative and customer facing responsibilities
- Will exhibit excellent listening and communication skills
- Able to demonstrate effective negotiation, presentation and account management skills
- Demonstrable experience of selling into hospitals theatres or radiology departments
- Experience in tender preparation and presentations

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will likely have a minimum of two years of radiology/cardiology lab or theatre sales experience.

Qualified candidates will have experience in the following industry sector:
