The role:

  • Empower a team to deliver Hospitality with flair
  • Work closely with the People team and General Managers
  • Key stakeholder relationship building

Requirements:

  • 5 years operational experience in a high-end hospitality, ideally 5-star hotels
  • Ideally, have a qualification in training
  • An eye for detail and quality
  • The ability to lead and influence others and demand consistently high-quality service
  • Exceptional written and spoken English
  • Another language would be beneficial

Although based at one London location, regular travel will be required to other properties in the group.
