Training Administrator (part time/temporary)

We are looking for an individual with strong administrative skills, preferably having worked within a training environment, to assist the Human Resources Manager on 2 major training projects.
The projects involve a full review and update of all existing role profiles/job descriptions, conducting training/skill gap analysis, updating the existing training matrix, organising relevant training sessions both in-house and external, sourcing and negotiating training services with external training providers, preparing training presentations and maintaining all training administration.
In addition, you will also assist in the development of a graduate recruitment scheme across the company.This role is part-time (2-3 days per week) and temporary. It is expected to last for approximately 6 months. You should be able to work within a team environment and have a good understanding of organisational development needs. You will possess excellent keyboard and organisational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Excel, Work, Powerpoint and Access is essential.
A willingness to travel to our other sites in Manchester, Southampton and London may be required from time to time.
