An award winning market leading beauty brand with a celebrity following are seeking a passionate Sales Account Manager to Develop and execute dynamic strategic plans to deliver wholesale and retail targets.

Working as part of a positive and vibrant Head Office team you will be results oriented and enjoy building lasting relationships with accounts and developing these to increase spend.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will work collaboratively in leading the promotional and NPD launch planning process, identifying future growth opportunities.


·Build strong relationships within each retailer, quickly identifying sales opportunities

·Working collaboratively to build and implement strong retailer specific trade plans

·Liaising with the marketing team to develop innovative presentations

·Deliver presentations to retailers, promoting new launches and growth opportunities

·Analyse wholesale and retail data to identify strengths and weaknesses and spot trends

·Use your interpretation of this analysis to develop a commercial solution


·Experience of Retail and Wholesale reporting within the Beauty industry

·Fully conversant with, MS Office and an aptitude for figures

·Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively

·A proven track record in building strong long term retailer relationships

·Ability to work under pressure and be proactive at all times

·Strategic thinker seeking ways to achieve goals despite unforeseen problems
