Working as part of the central Learning and Development Team and reporting into the General Manager - Learning & Development, the Colleague Trainer will be responsible for the design and delivery of all colleague training, including the Stepping to Management Programme in conjunction with Technical training to up skill colleagues to continuously deliver a VIP service.
In this exciting new position, your main focus will be to research, design, deliver and evaluate blended training solutions that will meet the requirements of this fast paced business. The training solutions will include face to face, train the trainer and e-learning to deliver a variety of bespoke, management, induction, product, systems, compliance, and process delivery courses aligned to our Take Me There and Leadership Framework. You will deliver to all business areas to make sure we are meeting the requirements of the business and, where beneficial, deliver to a mixed audience.
The successful candidate should possess a strong background in Training with a proven ability to have business impact as well as a passion for the full life cycle of Training. You will have excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills with the ability to work with people at all levels. You will be a natural problem solver who is able to work on your own initiative and offer new ideas. Highly organized, you will plan your own time making sure to meet all deadline and objectives. A certificate in training practice would be an advantage.
