An exciting new opportunity has risen as one of the top 5 contract research organisations are looking for an Inside sales specialist to join their office in London.

Roles & Responsibility:
- Ability to work within a team as you will work alongside account managers within the market access department to develop client focused business plans to ensure delivery of revenue and services to assigned customers
- Ability to resource for companies such as pharma/biotech's
- Cold call companies as well as creating business development plans
- Ability to meet/exceed set target goals
- Capability to qualify certain leads from prospective clients which would include gathering an understanding of clients' needs
- Experience of CRM as well as positive client interaction to ensure repeat business is obtained
- Grow your network and contact base across the pharma/biotech industry
- Admin tasks such as updating database
- Continuously develop knowledge of the market

About the candidate:
- The candidate should have experience within account management or sales ideally from a pharma/CRO background
- Strong sales ability - solution based sales
- Problem solver
- Good communication via telephone
- Experience of presenting complex information through outstanding written and verbal communication
- Ability to report financial forecasts
