A leading global recruitment company in Glasgow are seeking to appoint a Benefits Coordinator to join their team. If you can demonstrate an interest in working with external vendors and partners in this field, then you could be the Benefits Co-ordinator we're looking for. What will you be doing? As Benefits Co-ordinator, you'll be provided with training and support to work effectively in the benefits sector. After training, you will be expected to look after UK Benefits; work on benefits for APAC Countries (Australia, Hong-Kong and Singapore); work closely with external vendors and partners; carry out pensions-related duties; checking individual candidates for the auto-enrolment process within the internal system and carrying out required checks. What skills/experience should you have? HR Graduate with an interest in the benefits sector Good planning and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and adaptability with ability to work to deadline Self-motivated with drive to succeed in the field Creative and innovative with analytical capability Excel Skills Who will you be working for? As a Benefits Coordinator, you'll be joining SThree, a global recruitment organisation with 21 offices worldwide, employing over 2500 staff.
