This new role as a Technical Support Manager is to join a technically driven site based in Northamptonshire. This role will involve supporting the Technical Manager in all aspects of managing the Technical Department.

We are looking for a Technical individual who is commercially driven and takes a great pride in working with multiple retailers. Our clients have high technical standards and it is very important these are maintained across the site.

You must be able to drive standards forward as well as also provide focus to customers in terms of building and maintaining relationships.

We are looking for someone who enjoys developing teams and ideally has man management experience - not scared to bite the bullet and drive teams forward.

To be considered for this role you MUST come from the Food manufacturing industry. You will also need experience of auditing to major multiple retailer and BRC Standards. Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and influence with all levels is also a must.
