JOB OVERVIEW: Systems Sales Manager / Senior Business Development Manager - EMEA. Candidates MUST have a Radio/Wireless/Tetra/PMR/DMR/Command and Control or similar complex communications systems sales track record within UK & Western European countries. Salary to C£60K, OTE to C£100K uncapped plus benefits including £5.2K car allowance, pension and much more!

LOCATION:- Candidates will work from the UK Head office near Basingstoke, Hampshire when not travelling.

THE COMPANY:-
For decades, my client has been providing mission-critical communications solutions to public safety, transportation and utilities. They design, develop and manufacture and implement a wide spectrum of communication equipment including radio dispatch consoles, emergency call taking telephone systems, paging infrastructure and custom solutions. My client has installed thousands of systems and deployed over 20,000 console operator positions worldwide.

THE ROLE:-
Due to ongoing expansion and market demand, my client has a fantastic opportunity for a proven Communications Systems Sales Manager to grow new revenue streams throughout the UK and Western Europe. This is a hands-on new business development role with fantastic earning potential. The main purpose of the role is to identify opportunities and sell state-of-the-art integrated communication console technology for mission-critical applications in the public safety, transportation and utilities arenas throughout a defined territory. You will need to travel to territory regularly (up to 60% travel).

PERSON SPECIFICATION:-
* Proven sales track record in the UK and Western Europe
* Solid technical knowledge of communications such as Integrated Command and Control Systems / PMR /DMR / TETRA / Radio / Wireless
* New business "Hunter"
* Sales track record within Safety / Transportation / Utilities markets
* You will have managed varying sales life-cycles of between 3 months and 18 months
* You will have worked with typical sales orders of between £50K to over £500K and perhaps beyond.
