Ruby Engineer needed to join a company that began back in 2002 as a consultancy and have since grown from strength to strength. Working with some of the UK's biggest brands and government agencies such as the NHS, Royal Mail, Aviva and EasyJet. Their product has now completely transformed and revolutionised the way big and small brands write, manage and read in their board meetings.

They need you to join their team to allow them to continue to deliver this excellent service to meet the needs of their customers. Here you will guide the team that is focused on building new features for our Mobile app, Web and API using a combination of predominantly Ruby on Rails, React and Redux.

You will be working closely with the Lead, Senior and other Ruby on Rails Developers, Front End team and Head of product, being involved in the full life-cycle of software development. You will be a confident back-end Ruby on Rails developer who feels comfortable explaining technical concepts and has a real interest in where your role plays a pivotal part in the development process. Experience of working in Agile environments would be great but enthusiasm about learning agile concepts and methods are equally important.

This position provides the chance to learn new technologies such as Elixir and Go to allow them to break down the platform into microservices, and a great training budget to facilitate any other learning opportunities you foresee.
