Junior Project Planner
A Nottinghamshire company which operates in the manufacturing and construction sectors is seeking a Junior Project Planner to join its team. The role supports and assists the Planning function in the development, implementing and close management of the project programmes. You will be required to provide regular updates of construction programmes via daily reports and advise of slippage/ delay risks to the programmes. You will be a key player in construction phases of new build contracts, working across all business functions including design, manufacturing and construction.
To be considered for this role you must have a good understanding of the construction industry, including design, procurement, production and commissioning processes. You will also possess strong IT skills ( must have experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe), strong communication skills and be capable of working as part of a multi-functional team. You will be a proactive team player who is assertive and who possesses strong negotiation skills.
