THE OPPORTUNITY The chance to join a creative independent communications agency with a reputation for developing multi-faceted campaigns that drive real results Working closely with a close-knit and approachable senior team that has been consistent for a number of years Drive creativity and innovation through excellence and dedication to embracing the changing communications landscape Working on a variety of clients and projects alongside internal resource and other creative agencies, you will be an important lynchpin and a prized member of the agency team, at a very exciting time in the agency's growth Delivering highly creative campaigns for big name brands, you will relish challenge and strive for high profile, game changing outcomes THE ROLE An Account Director or Senior Account Director position for someone with plenty of gravitas and real pride and finesse when it comes to your work Demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for integrated work, allied to a passion for earned media and an ability to drive fame in traditional and social channels Galvanise, direct and sometimes redirect a team, manage client expectations and take a realistic, precise view on deliverables and constraints Be a truly excellent project manager, able to effectively manage the whole life cycle of projects from start to finish Become an integral part of the agency's evolving offering, carving out a niche within an extremely talented team THE LIKE MIND Someone who is curious and passionate about the world and current trends and likes to have fun, inspire those around them to create change, and reap the rewards as part of a collaborative team who help each other excel Big consumer brand experience needed, working on progressive, integrated campaigns, ideally gained within a brand consultancy, creative or integrated agency environment It's essential that you have considerable agency experience in the earned media space and can talk with confidence about its value and how it works, as well as build into strategy where appropriate Agile in approach, creative but also resilient, effective, resourceful and unflappable - not thrown by curve balls and relishes the opportunities thrown up by unexpected challenges Keeps a keen eye on the client’s overarching business objectives (not just project goals), and a great client handler - can push back when needed but also build rapport along the way
