This full time permanent role based in Nottingham is for an Enrolments Administrator to provide administrative support to the funding and enrolments team. Reporting to the funding and enrolments team manager the right candidate will have responsibilities for:

• Data entry to enrol, register and ensure maintenance of student records
• Creating and maintaining MS Excel spreadsheets
• Extracting and assimilating information from computer
• Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
• Mailbox management
• Any other duties within the scope of the role.

The ideal candidate will have existing experience as:

• An experienced administrator
• Excellent IT use of Microsoft Word, Excel

The ideal candidate will be:

• Organised
• Ability to use own initiative and work as a part of multi-skilled team.
• Flexible with a “can do” attitude
