The Internal Recruiter is crucial to the continued growth of the Business. Being an expert in your field, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process building excellent relationships with both candidates and Internal Stakeholders. You will provide a pro-active and strategic approach to the position along with the ability to think outside the box and explore various methods of attracting talent to the business. Responsibilities: Managing the end to end recruitment process Work with the various hiring managers to create suitable job descriptions and candidate profiles Exploring the market and together with Managers creat Salary benchmarking for each department and role. Negotiating salary and total packages with candidates Marketing vacancies by placing adverts, liaising with third parties and using Social Media platforms Headhunting Screening applicants and shortlisting Organising and attending interviews Providing responses and feedback to applicants and agencies in a timely manner Along with Hiring Managers, creating an Induction programme Identifying, agreeing and working toward an agreed budget Applicants must have: Proven experience in a similar role or in a Recruitment position Experience of working to targets, deadlines within a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail Experience of high volume recruitment and managing multiple roles at one time.
