Job Purpose Summary
The purpose of this role is to project manage and maintain organisation of key client projects. This involves liaising with clients and co-workers within the business.
Main Duties:
1. Ensure all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
2. Project managing installation works.
3. Attend site surveys and client meetings when required.
4. Ensure relevant availability and allocation across all projects managed.
5. Guarantee that all invoiced costs match quoted works, any variations are accounted for and described correctly in invoicing paperwork.
6. Working with co-workers to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working and support colleagues. This includes liaising with all departments for continued continuity of service delivery.
7. Working in particular partnership with the installation department.
8. Ensure the provision of Healthy and safe working conditions across the company including customers and subcontractors, this includes incorporating relevant health and safety policies into any managed projects.
9. In light of working in close partnership with the installation team asbestos works need to be effectively managed.
10. Creating effective reports.
11. Be able to read and understand design specifications and technical drawings.
12. Keep all relevant personnel including manager updated on any projects including attending or arranging meetings.
13. Develop excellent working relations with clients, designers, engineers, subcontractors and directors
14. Fully complete all relevant documentation relating to all aspects of the role
