Mechanical Buyer

A Mechanical Buyer is required for an established M&E Contractor with Offices based across Kent, based out of their office near Sevenoaks. With two sides of the business, you will slot in to their Reactive and Planned works team, procuring parts for Heating Systems, Boilers and the associated plumbing services.

Because of the nature of this work, you will constantly be buying parts to ensure the engineers going out to properties can perform their duties, as the majority of this contractor's clients are Housing Associations and Local Councils; so the engineers have to work to tight deadlines.

This role has been created through growth, as the company looks to continue growing in 2018, you will work alongside another Mechanical Buyer to ensure all needs are met, and be over seen by the Managing Director of the Company.

To be considered for this role you will need:

* At least 2 years experience as a Mechanical Buyer.
* Understand and be able to use Sage Software.
* Live within 1 hour of Sevenoaks.
* Strong Plumbing knowledge.
* An ability to think on your feet.
* Good organisational skills.

* A competitive Salary between £30,000 and £40,000 depending on experience
* 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) rising by 1 day for each years service up to 5 years.
