This established, local but multi sited business with over 400 employees are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their thriving finance team.

The responsibiltes of the Accounts Payable Assistant will inlclude:
Ownership of own supplier accounts
Matching purchase orders and goods received notes
Scanning documents
Resolving account queries
Accurately preparing and raising weekly payments.

The best suited candidate will have a confident manner, with strong communication skills, be able to work to deadlines and on their own initiative. Previous accounts payables experience is essential and more varied accounting knowledge would be an advantage
