A market leading and very well-established organisation, whose products support customers worldwide. A rare opportunity is now available to join this super company, as Marketing Communications Manager.

The Role:

- The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for brand development and awareness with customers by creating and implementing the marketing and communications strategy.
- You will oversee the planning, management, and execution of all marketing communications to produce high-quality marketing output and be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of all marketing communications with the sales and marketing teams.

Duties include;

- Supervising the production of local marketing materials
- Managing PR, direct communication, promotion, and organising events
- Local website management / Social media management / Content generation
- Planning, developing, managing and executing marketing communications
- Commissioning and managing projects, ensuring high quality, value-for-money results, in line with deadlines and brand guidelines
- Manage and support individuals within Marketing Communications team
- Liaising internally and externally to generate leads and plan ways of increasing awareness
- Management of external creative agencies as part of this process
- Testing with measurement of results and communicating recommendations for on-going improvement

The Ideal Candidate:

- Marketing graduate with a solid marketing background and extensive experience across the full marketing mix
- Excellent strategy development and the ability to communicate your plans in writing and verbally
- An excellent leader with the ability to encourage and develop individuals
Ability to understand and manage financial statements and to work within budgets
- Excellent project management skills
- Self-sufficient in prioritising, organising workloads, planning ahead and motivating others
- Attention to detail and good copywriting skills
- Ability to roll up the sleeves and deliver hands-on help as part of the team!
- A good understanding of the importance and operation within legal and regulatory frameworks
- CRM/CMS system operation & leadership (SAP C4C and Hybris experience an advantage)
- BA / BS / MBA in Marketing or Communications
- CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing
