What you will do:The job supports our clients with running every aspect of their employee benefit programmes, which include Corporate Pensions, Healthcare, Group Risk and Flexible benefits.As part of the client management team, you will build ongoing successful relationships, as well providing online platform support and maintenance including administration. The role is very varied and requires the ability to work to tight deadlines as we are supporting our clients' payroll processing. It is therefore imperative that the successful individual can manage multiple priorities, work under pressure to tight deadlines, work flexibly and demonstrate resilience. Your experience will include: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Customer service/client relationship building skills. * Experience building relationships with Corporate Clients. * Working with Service Level Agreements. * Understanding complaint identification and resolution. * High level time management skills; the ability to plan and manage time both for day to day work and on-going projects, with multiple priorities being managed concurrently. * Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook to an intermediate level are essential. Desirable experience * Knowledge of the Treating Customers Fairly principles. * Working within Employee Benefits or other Financial Services would be advantageous but is not essential. Personal attributes * Candidates must be looking to further their education through formal studies (CII Certificate in Life and Pensions). * Resilient, positive outlook, working in this fast-paced environment, the candidate will continue to be able to motivate their peers and ensure the team continually strive to succeed.
