E-Commerce Executive - Littlehampton

We are currently recruiting for an E-commerce Executive for our expanding client in Littlehampton, West Sussex. You will have good knowledge of the E-Commerce processes and analytics to drive the website sales forward. This is a great opportunity for an experienced candidate to lead the development of multiple parts of the business with great potential.

Our client are a major wholesaler with a vast range of products, including some exclusive products in the UK and Ireland. They are looking for a strong candidate with the ability to lead the development of their B2B and B2C online sales and profit through analyzing, managing and developing the e-commerce business.

Role responsibilities include:

Increase profit through optimising the online sales channel and building customer engagement
Develop online B2C retails growth to include:
Full marketing strategy to attract and retain customers including content and customer engagement
Develop online B2B strategy to include:
Overhauling current online presence as a customer service and upsell tool

Site development and conversion strategy
Multichannel customer experience strategy
Customer profiling and journey mapping
Creating online product strategy and pricing
Mapping current and new customer journeys
Develop current online presence in order to attract new customers
Develop internal processes to facilitate a successful online presence
Build customer engagement and online sales channel through customer engagement
Deliver superb online customer experience
Collaborate with all staff to ensure the entire company is engaged in the strategies to achieve online sales goals
Merchandising and trading of the Superstore
Select and Manager 3rd party agencies
Management and use of analytic tools
Project Management skills
Keep updated with key digital retail industry changes

This role requires all of the following attributes:

Strong long term experience working within e-Commerce
Working knowledge of web languages, scripting and frameworks
UX, site architecture, CRO
Experience with online trading, pricing and merchandising
Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms and payment providers
Amazon/Ebay knowledge
Good knowledge of all areas of digital marketing (Paid search, natural search, display, email, remarketing, social media, online content strategy, online PR)
You will have a track record of high growth in online selling and building customer satisfaction
Car driver with transport

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this full time role is £30,000 to £40,000, dependent on experience
