Working alongside a team of experienced Conveyancers, the successful candidate will have experience of handling a varied caseload of sales and purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new builds and re-mortgages. Previous experience of managing a caseload of conveyancing files is essential and the role provides an ideal opportunity for continued career development.
The successful candidate will provide timely and efficient services to our conveyancing clients using computerised case management processes and on-line search tools. With a flexible approach and positive attitude, you will be committed to offering a high quality service.
IT proficiency is essential along with reliability, excellent organisation, time management and administration skills. You will be capable of working under pressure and on your own initiative whilst embracing the culture of working in an open team environment.
