Are you craving an exciting new challenge? Do you have excellent organisational skills, a positive, people-oriented personality and bags of energy? I have fantastic opportunity for a talented, organised and multi-tasking office ninja based in West Yorkshire.

Duties include:
* General reception duties / answering the telephone
* Greeting and making welcome our various visitors
* Prepping meetings - including setting up the room and organising refreshments
* Updating key company systems and databases
* Day-to-day office admin support
* Arranging travel and accommodation for off-site meetings
* Organising social activities and fun team events
* Contributing to our social media and in-house marketing communications
* Essentially, helping us to be more productive in keeping our clients happy
* Some basic financial admin experience (invoicing etc.) would be advantageous but is not essential
