We are the largest landlord group in the North East, owning and managing almost 34,000 homes in an area spanning North Tyneside to York, with the majority of properties in the Tees Valley. We are seeking someone who shares our values to support the Senior Governance and Compliance Manager in the delivery of professional, high performing and customer focused governance, compliance and customer engagement services across Thirteen with a particular focus on safeguarding, equality and diversity through a business partner approach.

The person

The right person for the role will be able to demonstrate the following:

* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Experience in analysing, reviewing and reporting on complex matters such as compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, within a high volume, pressured environment.
* Ability to record and analyse data and information, and identify appropriate solutions.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in participating in project (end to end) work
